Dear Beautyemporium.ie customer,

There should always be more to a business than their bottom line - no matter the size or the econmic climate.  BeautyEmporium.ie is a relatively new, small, independent business. While we value many things - none so more than our customers, it has always been our ambition to share some of success and profit with a chosen charity.  Choosing that charity posed a problem as like so many others, our lives have been touched by many things such as cancer, suicide, road deaths, depression all of which have noble charities fighting their cause and helping people. But when I heard of the plight of the National Childrens Hospital in Crumlin to raise urgent funds for a new cancer and cardiac ward for their patients it became evident that this is a cause I wanted BeautyEmporium.ie to support - I don't think there is a need for me to explain why, only that it is shocking that the hospital have been forced to publicly fundraise for such necessities within our National Childrens Hospital.

I have started out small by pledging €50 a month (via direct debit) to this fundraising campaign and I really hope to increase this amount as our business grows.  In the meantime I am busy thinking up some initiatives to raise funds towards the new wards.
