Do You Take Payment by Lasercard?
Yes we accept Laser payments, via Sagepay our secure payment gateway. We also accept payment via Visa Debit, Visa, Mastercard and PayPal
Are all products listed on the site in stock?
98% of products listed on the site are in stock at the time of order, if an item you have ordered is out of stock we will contact you to let you know and make arrangments for delivery where necessary.

Do you have a shop/retail premises?
No not at the moment, it is something which we hope to be in a position to do further down the road.
If I don't like a product I purchase can I get a refund?
Yes of course - we offer a full 30 returns gaurentee. If for any reason you decide you do not want an item you ordered we will refund you the money paid for the product (excluding shipping fees) providing that the product is unopened, with security seals intact and suitable for resale. Please email us at email@example.com to tell us you are sending back a product before you do so.
Do you deliver outside of Ireland?
Yes we also deliver to the UK, most EU counrties and the USA - please read our delviery information here. We will also consider sending orders to all other countries. Please contact us for a shipping quote before placing any orders.
