By placing an order on BeautyEmporium.ie indicates that you have accepted the following terms and conditions of sale.
Sales Contract
We will direct all communications from BeautyEmporium.ie to the e-mail provided by you at the time of registration - if you did not receive e-mail confirmation of your registration to this address contact us immediatley at hello@beautyemporium.ie
Once your order is placed with us you will receive a confirmation e-mail to your nominated e-mail address detailing what your ordered, when and how you paid for this order. If any of the details contained in the confirmation e-mail is incorrect contact us immediatley and we will do our best to amend them before the order is processed. N.B. If you do not receive an e-mail from us confirming your order, then it is more than likely that your order has been placed incorrectly or we have not received the order - it is imperitive that you contact us immediatley if you do not receive this confirmation e-mail as BeautyEmporium.ie cannot be held responsible for orders which we did not recieve.
98% of all stock for sale on BeautyEmporium.ie is in stock at the time of sale. However it is sometimes the case that certain items are temporarily out of stock - if this is the case for an item you ordered we will send it on as soon as it arrives back in stock - we will e-mail to inform you of such an instance.
A contract of sale is entered into between the customer and BeautyEmporium.ie - once notification of shipping has been sent to the customer via e-mail. BeautyEmporium.ie reserves the right to cancel any order it deems necessary before the contract of sale has been established. Orders will not be shipped until payments have been processed and autorised by our payment gateways Sagepay or PayPal.
As per the EU DIrective on Distance Selling, the customer is entitled to a cooling of period of 7 days after they receive their order. If for any reason you wish to do so you should contact us via e-mailing informing us that you wish to cancel and return your order. We will make arrangements for this cancellation with you.Please note refunds will only be provided on goods which have been returned unopened, unused, with seals intact and in a resellable condition. BeautyEmporium.ie will not refund any shipping costs from the original order and will only pay for the return of faulty or incorrect items.
As per this directive BeautyEmporium.ie has up to 30 days to process any refunds. Please read our returns policy in full before sending back any items.

BeautyEmporium.ie is provided to our customers for the purchase of cosmetic goods. To the best of our knowledge all information contained on the site is correct and is subject to change without notice by BeautyEmporium.ie.
Discount Codes/ Promotions
From time to time BeautyEmporium.ie will offer discount codes and promotional sale offers to customers. These offers will be valid for specific timeframes as detailed in their terms and conditions. Discounts will not be applied outside these timeframes. Discount codes must be applied at the checkout stage and under no circumstances will the be applied after an order has been placed.
